timppaa ja stampotiqueta täällä taas tänään...stampotique designer's haasteessa piti tehdä tälleensä taiteltu kortti, nimeltään triptych card...ei mitään hajua miten suomentaisi...noo haasteen sivuilta löytyy linkki malleihin. distress inkkejä (pääosin värit tumbled glass ja rusty hinge), vettä ja leimailua tässä vaan on...valkoisista pääkalloista on väriä poistettu kloriitilla. poro kannessa on embossattu distress kohojauheella tea dye. kortti osallistuu haasteisiin stampotique designer's challenge - triptych card ja the stamp man challenge - embossaus. iloista viikonloppua!! =)

it's about tim and stampotique here today...the challenge at stampotique designer's challenge is to make a triptych card, links can be found from the challenge's page. i used distress inks - pads and reinkers - (main colors tumbled glass and rusty hinge) and water to make a lovely mess. from the stampotique image i took off the color with bleach. i embossed the die-cut reindeer with distress powder tea dye. this card participates to challenges stampotique designer's challenge - triptych card and the stamp man challenge - embossing. have a happy weekend!! =)

Leimailutaivas #1 - kevät 2011

Leimailutaivaan haasteet nykäistään käyntiin NYT ja lähtölaskenta messuihin alkaa. Aiheina embossaus ja luonnos, tee jompikumpi tai molemmat. Minä embossasin patinoidun kullan värillä tuon männyn, tekstin ja stanssatut linnutkin. Puun ympärille levittelin distress inkkejä. Taustapaperi cosmo cricketin. Siinäpä se kaikessa yksinkertaisuudessaan.

The challenges over at Leimailutaivas are starting now and the countdown for the fare has started. The challenge is embossing and a sketch, make both or the other. I embossed the tree the text and even the die-cut birds. The image is inked with distress inks. The paper is by cosmo cricket. That's it in all it's simplicity. Have a happy weekend!! =)

Leimailutaivas #6 - syksy 2010

Kerkesinpäs!! Tässä leimailutaivaan viimeiseen haasteeseen kortti luonnoksen mukaan, kun niitä inhokkivärejä mulla ei oikeastaan ole. Tekstileima on just for fun rubber stampsin ja siihenkin taas suihkittu vettä päälle (mun täytyy vissiin nostaa tuo sumutinpullo pois tuosta pöydältä kun ihan joka paikkaan on nyt tuota vettä tungettava ;). Taustapaperi sassafras lassin. Kukka koottu stanssatuista kangaskukista, tuhrasin vaan distress inkeillä ja neuloin yhteen. Nonni, se onkin sitten yksi yö enää hauskuuteen ja lompsan laihtumiseen...JEEEE!!!! =) Ihanaa viikonloppua!!
I made it!! Here's to the last leimailutaivas challenge according to the sketch as I really don't have any colors I don't like. The text stamp is by just for fun rubber stamps and as usual, sprayed with water (it seems I have put my mister off the table as I use water on everything nowadays;). The patterned paper is by sassafras lass. The flower is made of die-cut fabric flowers, just inked them up and sewed together. Have a lovely weekend!!! =)

Leimailutaivas #3 - syksy 2010

Tässä kortti leimailutaivaan haasteeseen, sekä sanallinen että luonnoshaaste (hivenen muokattuna, kun hoksasin liian myöhään erillisen paikan tekstille). Taustan poroille sekä tekstille tein craft sheetillä musteiden, keltaisen perfect pearlsin ja veden kanssa. Iloista alkavaa viikkoa!! =)

Mäkin Doodletan!! - I Doodle too!!

Pitkään pitkään ihasteltuani blogeissa näitä ihqja öttiäisiä, hommasin minäkin vihdoin omani, jipii jipii!! Mutta nyt mun täytyy sitten kyllä ostaa jo niitä tussejakin et saisin hahmot paremmin väriteltyä, tällä kertaa koitin H2O värillä. Nyt pikapikaa pihalle meitsi menee ja laittaa pekoninsa tirisimään. =D
I've been drooling over these creatures in blogs a long time and finally got around getting them, YAY!!! And I think I have to get me some promarkers to color them properly, this time I tried with an H2O color. Now I'm off - outside - sun - tan - grill my bacons. =D

poro - reindeer

jatketaan yksinkertaisella linjalla ja huh huh, joulukorttia pukkaa taas ;) Tausta porolle ja tekstille on tehty alkoholimusteilla. Poro sekä teksti on embossattu hopeisella jauheella. Taustapaperi on DCWV:n old paper stackista.
I'm gonna continue with these simple cards and show you a christmas card (? ;)...I made the background of the reindeer and text with alcohol inks. The reindeer and text are embossed with silver powder. The paper on the background is from DCWV's old world stack.

P*skarteluhaaste #28

juu, tiedetään...menen aika rimaa hipoen tällä kortilla p*skarteluhaasteeseen, kukan kerroksista ne 3 erilaista kuviopaperia kuitenkin löytyvät. Meinasi jo usko loppua haastetta yrittäessä, muutamia erilaisia yrityksiä löytyy roskakorista. Kukan kaikki kerrokset on käsitelty rock candy distress sticklesillä, reunat hiottu ja musteella (vintage photo) värjätty. Taustaleima on just for fun rubber stampsin ja se on pinkille kartongille kirkkaalla jauheella embossattu, vintage photolla sen jälkeen tuhrittu.
yes I know, where are the 3 patterned papers that is the challenge p*skarteluhaaste..well, they are in the layers of that flower, you may not see them so clearly, but they are there, believe me. I was getting desperate with trying to make a card for the challenge, there are a few tries in the bin. All the layers of the flower are "rocked" with rock candy distress stickles, the edges are sanded and inked with vintage photo. The text is from just for fun rubber stamps and it is embossed with clear powder on pink card stock, then inked with vintage photo.

Tartu hetkeen - Seize the day

pääsinpäs nettiin, nyt ainakin hetkeksi, hirmuisia ongelmia ollut tänään netteilyn kanssa...mutta sitten tähän simppeliin korttiin..Puun tausta on tehty alkoholimusteilla, puuleima on just for fun rubber stampsin ja leimattu mustalla versafinella.
finally I got online, for a moment at least, been having a lot of problems with the connection today...but enough moaning, on to this simple card..The tree's background is made with alcohol inks, the tree stamp is from just for fun rubber stamps and it's stamped with black versafine. Text translates "seize the day".

Leimailutaivas #12

Ja viimeistä viedään Leimailutaivaan haasteissa, feikkiakvarelli aiheena. Pohjalle leimailin inkadinkadon ympyröillä ja vettä suihkuttelin reippaasti päälle. Teksti on valkoisella kohojauheella embossattu. Voi että kun oottelen jo lauantaita!! =)
And here's the last challenge at Leimailutaivas, the fake aquarelle technique. I stamped the base with inkadinkado's circles and then sprayed lots of water over it. The text is embossed with white powder.

P*skarteluhaaste #24

Voi ei, lisää joulukortteja... ;) bling blingiä p*skarteluhaasteeseen. Minun blingini ei kylläkään kuvassa kovin hyvin näy :( mutta leimakuvan taustan tein itse ja siihen on suihkutettu perfect pearlsia ja roiskeet kuvan päällä on myös samaa ainetta. Kortin reunoilla on punaisia kimalleliimatäpliä ja tuo nauha on hyvinkin säihkyvä.
Oh no, more christmas cards... ;) here's some bling bling to p*skarteluhaaste. My bling sadly doesn't show that much in the picture :( but I made the image's background myself and sprayed some perfect pearls on it and the splatters on the image are also made with perfect pearls. There are red glitter glue dots all over the patterned paper and the ribbon is quite shiny.
